Frank Bonaquisti (pictured on left) recently interviewed Dr. Dan Bristow (on right) on KBND Radio in Bend about mental illness in the geriatric population. The two discussed the expected increases in the prevalence of neurocognitive disorder in the coming years as well as the high prevalence of insomnia in senior citizens. Mr. Bonaquisti is a 2014 OPPA Access Award winner for his dedication to informing central Oregon radio listeners about mental illness. Dr. Bristow is the OPPA Chair for the Public Information and Education Committee.
